The property is beautiful and located in a nice area close to a lot of restaurants that’s walkable. Staff were great and very welcoming and accommodating. Riza in the restaurant was very nice always welcomed us and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our breakfast. Thank you Riza.

The staff were really helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-organized. I will definitely return in the future.
Nothing much maybe the location of the hotel

The staff was not professional. I ask for taxi, they said that they will call, when I came back on reception for the taxi 30 minutes after they told me that they didn’t call because I didn’t gave them address where I go, but they didn’t ask. Then I was waiting more than 30 min on the street to find a taxi, because they could not find and I misses important meeting. They are always with smile on their face, but they could not help you with anything!

The place was clean and comfortable. The room was very well organized.
No transparency with payments. There were constantly delays in returning the change.
