The location to the conference from the hotel was great & the staff were exceptional especially kerim & inan. I will definately stay there again if in Bomonti.
The cleaning of the room in the bathroom was poorly done.I also used a wine glass on Tuesday & it was never removed or cleaned until check out time. The coffee & sugar in the room were hardly replenished. On wednesday i had to go & ask from the bar. Though the bed was neatly done & beddings very clean including the towels. The lighting in the room can also be increased.

Not much at all
Poor service, construction industrial location very far from any transportation must rent car or all time use taxi, no amenities.
