Overall the stay was good and comfortable.
The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet with no heavy traffic which makes it very suitable for families
The room was beautiful clean and comfortable and had two glass sides which gave the room nice natural light and made it feel more spacious with a nice view of the neighborhood. Getting around by taxi was also easy
The staff were helpful and professional and I would like to thank Simon، Furkan and Gökçe for their excellent service and kindness especially during our family situation and for helping with adjusting the final night and arranging the refund.
Breakfast was good overall but it could have more variety
It would also be better to have an egg station where eggs are prepared fresh to order.

Very high standard, excellent cleanliness, a comfortable room, and professional service. Everything met our expectations and the whole stay was very comfortable. The hotel definitely deserves a very high rating.
The only downside for us was the location in relation to Istanbul’s main tourist attractions. Getting to Sultanahmet, the Bosphorus, and other popular sights takes a bit more time. However, this was more our oversight when choosing the hotel than a fault of the property itself. The location seems very convenient for guests attending events at the nearby convention and exhibition area.
