Amazing location, with a cute balcony looking over a busy street full of restaurants and bars in the heart of Palermo. Mirko the host was on hand to answer any questions via WhatsApp and organised transfers to and from the airport, even when we moved on to our next hotel, which were fantastic from both people, both courteous and on time.
Apartment was absolutely spotless!
Great layout, living area, bedroom, full kitchen with washing machine for longer stays, and an area to sit or dry clothes, huge fridge and no noise at all from the street once the door is closed. Felt very safe. Keypad entry, same code for all three doors. Highly recommend!
Bed was too hard for us- but that’s purely personal choice.
Could do with lighting from the initial street door - it is being addressed.

It was spacious, clean, well appointed and quite comfortable. Having a washing machine was such a plus that we honestly didn’t expect. The location is also incredible with many restaurants and bars just downstairs. Even though it’s on a busy street the room is very quiet. Communication with Mirko was excellent as well.
The entrance to the property is not lit at night. Also, perhaps maybe if you’re pregnant climbing up the stairs could be an issue. however none of these were too much of a hassle for us. Just wanted to point it out.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Palermo. The location is exceptional, right on Via Vittorio Emanuele, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the lively street. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, beautifully designed, and very clean.
The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly allowed us to check out an hour and a half later than the official check-out time. We then unfortunately realized that we had left our passports and money in the apartment. Even though the apartment had already been cleaned, he kindly allowed me to return in the evening to look for our belongings. Everything was still there, untouched, which we really appreciated.
We never met the host in person, as the apartment uses self check-in and check-out, but communication was easy and he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
A beautiful apartment, an amazing location, and a very considerate host. We would happily stay here again!
