Clean and close to great restaurants and the freeway. Loved that there was a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Very convenient.
Had a problem with someone parked in our assigned spot which was a little hectic at check in but it was taken care of by management.

I paid for an early arrival and there was no communication confirming my early arrival, so when I arrived at the property the code that was sent to me did not work to open the door. It was also hard to get in and out of the elevators because the key fab was faulty and didn't work some of the time.
There was a cot and a pull out couch in the room, however there were no extra pillows or blankets for it. There were sheets, but no pillow and no blankets.
The smoke detector was extremely sensitive and when we tried to cook in the oven, the smoke detector kept going off, and we couldn't get it to stop. It was extremely loud and irritating. We couldn't even enjoy our dinner because the smoke detector kept going off, and there was no one to help us.

This place was very convenient and aesthetically pleasing and served our needs perfectly. The check in process was easy and the property itself was very nice including the pool area, game room and gym features.
However I had to verify my identity more than five times through the app before I arrived to the unit and there were a few minor housekeeping and maintenance issues with the unit we were in. Overall, I loved the property and enjoyed the location and would definitely recommend this property. g Issues
