The apartment has a great location, and it is very spacious and comfortable.
The apartment could benefit from some renovation and updating. You can see that certain areas are starting to look a little worn and would really benefit from a refresh.

La ubicación es muy buena. El departamento cómodo, cocina bastante equipada. Éramos 4 y estuvimos muy cómodos.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Fueron días muy calurosos y hubo noches en que se nos hizo difícil hasta dormir por el calor. Sería importante que lo reemplacen o lo reparen.

Excelente localização e custo benefício. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. Mas tem metrô próximo também. Supermercado e bares próximos à residência. A anfitriã nos deu bastante atenção e tudo saiu como planejado
Por ser um bairro boêmio, os bares fazem barulho até tarde da noite.
