We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of many of Rome’s most iconic attractions, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Being able to easily explore the city on foot made our trip even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including fresh bottled water and a beautiful yellow rose left for us on the second day.
A special thank you to Fabio, who was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. He promptly answered all of our questions, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and even arranged transportation back to the airport for us.
Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. If we return to Rome, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely stay. Provided great restaurant recommendations. Only don’t recommend using hotel to arrange transportation to them from airport on arrival. Do that on your own.

This is a lovely property for a no-frills stay in a safe location (I am a female solo traveler) close to everything in Rome. Especially close to the Vatican and the ancient quarter of Rome. Fabio is a wonderful host and you instantly feel like part of the family. The room was extremely clean and well-appointed with convenient coffee maker (pods provided), refrigerator, comfy bed and various style pillows, very modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water. There are stairs and an elevator to get you to the entrance of this little gem.
