The room had everything we needed and once the radiators were on it was nice and warm inside (October). The place was very clean and in an excellent location to explore the city.
The beds were not the best quite firm and thin mattresses, the couch was very uncomfortable for us and the back is very low so we all had bad backs. The stairs to get to the room are plenty so if your older or have people with you that have breathing difficulties like we did those stairs are a killer and should be shown or mentioned to people staying as they shocked us. The amount of codes you need is a lot to remember make sure you keep the messages with the codes on you!. Also the showers are weak and the water can switch from cold to scolding hot in a second not the best.

Location and private parking. Apartment was quiet. Plenty of crockery. Kitchen well equipped although we did not need to use the dishwasher or washing machine during our stay.
Lighting at front door and in stairwells was poor. Towels were inadequate in number and quality. No hand towels were provided and a teatowel would have been appreciated. The TV was not working - could only get YouTube but no TV channels - seemed to be a problem with the aerial. Seating in the lounge was not very comfortable. The offswitch on the hair dryer did not seem to work.
