Путешествовали семьёй и остались очень довольны проживанием в Kossak Residence. Квартира нам понравилась: стильный ремонт, удобное расположение, чистота и тихий двор — всё это сделало наше пребывание очень комфортным.
Из небольших минусов — хотелось бы, чтобы количество туалетных принадлежностей, бытовой химии для кухни и стиральной машины, а также кофе и чая соответствовало количеству заявленных гостей.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and ideal for exploring the area.
The only issue we had was with the damage deposit. Our bond was initially refunded, but a month later £152 was taken from our account for alleged damage to a sofa bed. We had already reported that the bed (2 singles pushed together) broke while we were trying to get out of it, as the layout made this quite difficult. We do not believe we caused any damage through misuse and were disappointed to be charged after the fact.
Aside from this issue, we enjoyed our stay, but the handling of the damage claim has left us with a negative impression.
