Pros. Perfect location. Right in Piazza Tasso. Lots of Hustle and Bustle. Restaurants and Shops, all within steps of our Apartment
Apartment fit 4 ladies very comfortably
Very safe. Locked door to even get in the building. Fresh towels delivered daily.
Can get loud late evening, with a young bar crowd, but that didn't bother us. Transportation was easy to access right in the piazza areaW
... we would have liked mire than 1 set of keys for the 4 of us, as we split up at times
It would have been helpful to get some instruction at the onset ad to the use of the washer and dryer.. we weren't sure why our clothes were not drying.
There was really nothing that we didn't like

Excelente departamento, en la mejor ubicación para recorrer la ciudad. Amplio y muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. Tiene balcón y ascensor. El personal muy atento. Fácil check in.
Nada. Todo muy bien

In the historic centre and close to all the amenities. Lift to the second floor.
Housekeeping every day - but not always necessary. Comms with the agent was generally swift.
The door to the apartment didn't seal - noise from the stairwell could be heard clearly in the room. The apartment was to the back of the building in very close proximity to 2 bars. Friday and Saturday nights loud music plays until early hours e.g. 3:30 am. There's a void directly outside the door to which a kitchen window below open on to. You hear all the noise from there too. At times, impossible to sleep. Operates like a hotel room but no Do-Not-Disturb sign offered. PowerPoint next to the bed I wasn't sure about using.
Breakfast was included when I booked but disputed once I arrived. The agent attempted to somewhat correct this but I felt awkward about the ambiguous arrangement sent to me via WhatsApp. I wouldn't stay here again.
