Great air conditioner. Very kind service from two receptionists. Furniture in good repair. Gave us lots of towels, tissues, water, even juice in the mini fridge. Nice decor in the rooms. Good ventilation in the bathroom. Generally very clean.
Noticed some mold in the shower but there was no mold smell and the bathroom fan worked well, so they can probably fix it.

At first I was disappointed by the hotel (the entrance lift building look all very run down and shabby but the hotel was actually quite good. Nice and friendly staff, ok breakfast and rooms were surprisingly comfortable.
The location is the best!! Will come again

The staff were lovely.
When we arrived at 5am (we had informed the hotel that our plane was delayed) the door was locked and it took ages for a staff member to let us in. We felt very vulnerable in downtown Cairo on our own. The breakfast was horrible. The "hotel" itself was just the 5th floor of an office building. It was on a par with a backpackers hostel.
