The location was perfect. The Oberkampf underground station is near the apartment. You can keep your keys in a secret case so you don’t need to take it everywhere. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom is perfect. There is a good elevator. The check out was so fast because you only have to leave your key inside the box. There’s hairdryer.
There’s not a person at the reception all the time, sometimes is not a problem but in my case I had to receive my missing baggage and I had to stay at the apartment all the time. The room is small, for one person is ok, it’s a little bit difficult to keep open your suitcases.

A ‘hotel like’ serviced apartment - room. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette, cupboard storage space for clothes and essentials. In a really good, central location

A facilidade para o check-in, a localização era perfeita e a limpeza do local, todas as instalações eram mantidas limpas todos os dias.

Paris La Bella asked if I had issues with the hotel that they wish for me to discuss with them before leaving a review.
That discussion happened on day one.
When I requested a refund of 4 days out of the 5 that was incorrectly booked on bookings. Com website.
The Hotel was not what I had selected on their website.
Paris La Bella consulted through the app in French, refusing to refund the money as it was my fault that the booking was made at the wrong hotel.
This wasn’t not the case and recently found out that this has happened to others travellers booking places to either be advised:
1. They have a booking confirmation but the hotel has not received or say that it hasn’t been booked at all through there hotels.
2. You book where you want to stay but bookings may choose another place.
So be aware travellers.

1. The rooms aren’t what they show on the website.
2. The room we had was very small that you couldn’t swing a cat in it.
3. The Hotel is on top of the railway station or close by so all night you can hear and feel trains rattling the building.
4.The location is not close to Eiffel Tower or any other attractions in Paris.
5. To get taxi is expensive.
