Caótico de principio a fin

Como aspectos positivos destacaría la ropa y la comodidad de la cama de matrimonio y los juegos de toallas del baño (estaba limpio y en buen estado) y la ubicación del apartamento, ya que está localizado en una zona agradable, segura, con buen ambiente alrededor y tiene una parada de metro a 2 minutos.

En general, la experiencia fue desagradable. Empezando porque Booking fue hackeado y acabamos en este apartamento de rebote, recomendados por un agente de atención al cliente de la propia aplicación. No puede ser que en plena ola de calor, con más de 35º, el apartamento no disponga de un ventilador. Por no hablar de que, en el salón, donde se encontraban el sofá-cama y la "cama" del suelo (la cual parecía para que durmiera una mascota), una de las ventanas ni si quiera tenía cortinas! Evidentemente, tampoco tenía persiana. No funcionaba la luz. Después estaba la cocina. Algunos de los azulejos del suelo estaban despegados, el mobiliario deteriorado y en malas condiciones. Algunos de los armarios de la habitación principal estaban cerrados con cadenas, lo que daba la sensación de estar ocupando la casa de otra persona. No está confortable para alojarse, pareces un intruso. En el baño, para lavarse las manos, había una pastilla de jabón usada a saber por quién y cuándo. A pesar del aspecto del alojamiento, creo que lo peor fue la gestión del check-in y del check-out por parte de la empresa responsable... un caos total. Ya para hacer el check-in nos hicieron esperar hasta 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrar para mandarnos las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento. Pero lo del check-out fue increíble. El día antes de partir, avisé a este intermediario de que nos íbamos pronto por la mañana y que me indicase cómo dejar las llaves. Me contestó que en breves me mandaría las indicaciones...a las 11 de la noche me encontraba llamando por teléfono a estas personas, las cuales no me atendieron, para saber qué hacer con la llave. A las 8 de la mañana tuve que llamar a Booking diciendo que dejaba las llaves porque perdía el avión, sin haber recibido aún una respuesta del responsable del check-out. A todo esto, habiendo pagado una fianza de 500€ que temía que no me devolvieran por no seguir el protocolo que ellos mismos no me dejaron seguir. UNA VERGÜENZA.

L’électricité serait à revoir. Certains interrupteurs ne marchaient pas. Il y avait trop de multiprises et certaines prises étaient arrachées. Cela pourrait être dangereux pour les jeunes enfants. Il manque un volet ou un rideau dans le salon pour ceux qui dorment dans le canapé.

Die Lage ist charmant und zentral. Das Apartment wirkt wie eine bewohnte Wohnung von Freunden. Einfach, aber liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet.

Die Ausziehcouch knirscht nachts ein wenig. Tipp: Matratze auf den Boden legen. Dann alles super.
