The apartment was clean with a big kitchen, bathroom and windows in every room. The fridge has a lot of space for food, water and wine. The food store was in walking distance. The bus stops were 5 minutes away from the building. The host was very quick to bring us some kitchen supplies. The surrounding area was nice and clean. Busses are running with 5-10 min intervals, not crowded and with air conditioning.
The bed was worn out, the mattress has to be replaced. The toilet seat kept going down. The sink had a crack. I would move TV to the bedroom. There's no restaurants around and it's pretty far away from most historical sites. It would take us 40 minutes to get to any attractions but it wasn't a big deal for us Canadians, who spend 3 hours on travelling to work daily.

Nice cozy apartment, very good for family with kids or 2 families in a trip to Rome. Nice area, quiet, has some local market close by, bar for colazione in the morning, and so on.
Parking is a bit complicated if you come late at night but I guess this is valid in every major city if you don't have dedicated parking seat. Managed to find something at 5' walking distance, but can be challenging for beginners.
