Rewelacyjne położenie obiektu. Blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, klimatyczne restauracje, sklepy. Układ apartamentu tj. 3 oddzielne sypialnie z dużą kuchnią i łazienką do których wchodzi się z dużego korytarza. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju i kuchni. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze urządzona i wyposażona.
W zasadzie brak negatywnych spostrzeżeń. Jedyna rzecz do poprawy to zabezpieczenia instalacji ponieważ przy większym obciążeniu (włączeniu kilku sprzętów) wyrzuca (wyłącza) zabezpieczenia obwodów.

El apartamento era muy grande, estaba bastante limpio y tenia de todo.
Detalles para la higiene en el baño (cepillos de diente, zapatillas como de estar por casa como en los hoteles, champú..) bastantes toallas que se veian limpias y bastante blanquitas.
La cocina se ve bastante nueva y limpia.
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.
Nos venia incluido el desayuno y dejaron un montón de cosas, embutido, leche, zumo, yogures, un frutero lleno de fruta, pan de molde, mermelada, bollitos. Suuuuper bien!
La verdad que hemos estado muy agusto, hacia mucho que no me alojaba en un sitio que estuviera asi de limpio. Si volviese a Roma sin duda lo elegiria de nuevo.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt , uns Tipps gegeben. Er hat sich für die gesamte Dauer unserer Reise als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft voll.( Obst, Getränke, alles war vorhanden)

המיקום טוב וקרוב למרכז. הדירה הייתה נקייה.
היה רשום בבוקינג שיש בדירה 5 מיטות זוגיות והיו רק 3 מיטות. היינו 5 אנשים בוגרים והיה חשוב לנו שתהיה מיטה לכל אחד ולכן גם שילמנו הרבה על הדירה. במטבח היו חסרים דברים בסיסיים. הגענו ועל התנור היה כתוב לא תקין, כשביקשנו לתקן אמר לנו בעל הדירה שהוא ישלח מישהו מחר בסוף אחרי שאמרנו שזה חשוב לנו הוא תיקן לבד ואי אפשר היה להדליק שני מכשירי חשמל ביחד. הוא אמר שיבוא לתקן ולא הגיע עד סוף השהייה. הוא התעלם מבקשות וענה על מה שהיה לו נוח. לא תיקן את החשמל ולא עזר גם בדברים אחרים. אין שירותים ומקלחת נוספים והדלתות מרעישות מאוד. אין סלון בדירה רק מסדרון עם שתי כורסאות, הטלוויזיה נמצאת במטבח.המחיר היה גבוה מאוד ולא הצדיק את מה שקיבלנו.
