Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the host was lovely, easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Major House. The apartment was beautiful, modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable after a long day exploring Rome. Everything was well organized, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Host was very communicative. The location was easily accessible from Termini Station, tram, and bus. Grocery and restaurants were a 6 minutes walk.
The kitchen was similar to a hotel kitchenette; lacked plugs, a freezer, and dish detergent. The floors were dirty. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, and no kitchen towel or sponge. The neighborhood is dark and sidewalks make moving luggage cumbersome.
