Superb room - very comfortable, nice decor.
Fridge, a/c, sink, amenities.
Amazing rooftop bar with great very well presented bar tender. Drink vouchers for each day.
Great location for nearby restaurants, shops, riverside, palace, museum. Easy to arrange transport to attractions further away. Quiet.
After tiring travel, staff wanted me to rebook on arrival.
Phone call to the room at 11pm woke me up despite a taxi not booked until a few hours later - seemed to be confused over when it was booked for! It was just this that let down what was otherwise a superb hotel.

Great location, quiet, friendly staff. The rooftop pool was awesome and beautiful views. Room was very comfortable and spacious - and that was with our family of 4!

We loved this place! It’s tucked down a little alley so away from all the traffic noise so was quiet. The biggest plus for me was the rooftop pool - I swam there 4 times over a 2 night stay! - which was open any time, I just asked reception to open it early and they did this is immediately. Great views from there and a wonderful way to cool off. There’s a bar and restaurant on the roof too and we had a lovely meal there one night, very attentive staff. The room was very spacious and we had robes as well as nice toiletries. The bed was very comfortable too. We could get Netflix on the tv so, not being party animals, we watched a film one night. The staff were very helpful, and we got our laundry done through them. It took 24 hours and was about $6 for quite a big bag and it was well cleaned - though they lost a sock!
The only disappointing thing - which I haven’t marked them down for - was they didn’t have any information about booking a sunset cruise and were very vague about where to pick to us up. We walked down to the quay and found one but felt we had missed something and didn’t have any choice of boats.
