I have given this hotel 5* but with 1 reservation , its location.
It is located in a quiet side alleyway.
Access is past municipal garbage bins and unfortunately this doesn’t give the best first impression.
HOWEVER, when you get there it appears like an oasis. The pool is visible through reception and the exceptionally helpful staff welcome you.
We were upgraded to Delux rooms overlooking the pool and they were huge.
When checking out , our departure wasn’t until 10pm , but the staff allowed us to use the pool and reception facilities all day.
Definitely recommended just don’t look at the bins.

We were so lucky to find that gem of a place in the heart of Phnom Penh! We felt so much like being part of the family here!

Amazing place, lovely staff, clean pool , loved the cocktails happy hour … only fault , not enough storage space to put clothes away ..the rooms are huge , so can easily fit draws in… but overall excellent!
