Very friendly staff and the place was an oasis in Phnom Penh's amazing hecticness!
Dip pool was fun, well stocked bar, food was lovely (what we had of it!).
Felt very looked after by everyone!
The "balcony" in our room wasn't big enough to sit out on. Didn't matter in the end as we had lovely time chatting by the pool side.

Mosquitoes around the pool. Did not feel like sitting there (meals/drinks).
I noticed the pagoda opposite was being fumigated during the week - possibly same problem.

- good location with fun and social bars. situated among mainly expat centre
- easy walk to many tourist sites
- quiet rooms without traffic noise
- we did book the cheaper queen room; but still, it was equivalent to a dungeon. The only window was barred and looked onto a laundry station. The bathroom tiles were painted black and utterly charmless. There were left over dirty towels in the bathroom.
- the breakfast menu was overpriced compared to other eateries close by. And the mini bar prices were absurd, even for the capital; example $2.50 US for a bottle of water.
- compared to other hotels nearby which we ate and drank at, the room prices at this joint do not line up. All of 100-50 metres away you can stay in a queen room with views and breakfast included for an extra $10 total. We should have done this. Look elsewhere for better quality for similar price.
