The muffins were delicious!
Rooms could use a bench or table to place items. I was surprised that the staff was so unfriendly other than a gentleman that assisted us one evening with fixing our TV. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to say good morning and good evening when a traveler that is paying money to stay at your accommodation.

The beds and pillows were great! The bathroom amenities were also nice.
INCREDIBLY LOUD music at a close venue played every night past 10:30 pm. Annoying to the point that you couldn’t watch TV because of the music.

The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient location for visiting Acadia National Park. We stayed in a room in the two-story annex, and the room had been recently renovated, with a balcony and a view of the water. So far, so good.
However, Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, and even after we asked, nothing changed. The beds are a disaster, and you wake up with back and neck pain.
Unfortunately, the “breakfast” was of very poor quality and presented in an extremely careless manner. When it rains, you have to take it back to your room because there’s no place to eat it. Also, on the second day of our stay, there was no room service, and when we checked out, this issue was completely ignored. Neither an apology nor a discount was offered.
