The location was very convenient.
The way the noise was heard all night long from the people above and beside us. The hardwood floors made the noise very easy to hear with stomping feet. We tried to get hot water / coffee at about 10:00 PM and all but the decaf was empty and the staff was sitting and talking.

The location was convenient. The facility was clean.
Servicing the room with a resupply of paper products required us asking for them. They didn't make up the room.
The breakfast I would rate negative stars if I could. Pancake machine didn't work. The sausage was very bad, and the cheese omelets were equally bad. The yogurt dispenser wasn't working properly. And actually guests should be offered individually packaged refrigerated yogurt. I think the current system is not food safe.
