the perfect stop for us on our way back from SC to NH every year.

really nice breakfast, good choices available. Location is perfect; right off I81. 'We've stayed here before and will do so again. Dog friendly too, which is necessary for us.

Good but may not return.

So much! Our room was quiet and dark for sleeping. The beds were firm. There was an armchair and ottoman (This feature was why I chose this hotel).The cleaning, cooking, and desk staff were very friendly. The omelets were scrumptious.

The manager. We were in the area for an auction which closed at 12:15p and we would know by 12:35 if we won the items worth thousands. The items could only be picked up the following day, possibly requiring another night at the hotel. The manager would not allow a 1:00 extension so we were forced to check out of our 3rd floor room. I had to go somewhere in the lobby area with all our stuff to continue online bidding and phone calling where other guests would not be disturbed; so I went into the room adjacent to the lobby. The manager quickly escorted me out of the room saying it costs money to use it and suggested I sit next to the TV. (I suggest you lock rooms you do not want guests to use.) In the end, we won our items 🎉 and paid for a new room on the 5th floor and lugged our bags and suitcase back upstairs. What a hassle. Lastly, the next morning at 8:30 there was no regular coffee. What?! We had a busy morning and a 5 hour car trip ahead of us. There was also confusion about what was included in our $7 breakfast (not the omelets). That’s poor management in my book.

Absolutely fantastic staff and accommodation.

I loved the spa tub in my room it was fantastic, the staff was amazing and so friendly towards us during our stay. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, I was provided towels and soaps along with “bubbles” for my spa tub. The room was very clean and being able to control the thermostat was a huge perk not many hotels offer. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets and sheets were extremely soft and plush. I have recommended this hotel to many friends and family and will continue to do so. My stay was exceptional it’s set the bar quite high for any hotel stays in the future.

very friendly staff on arrival and for room service. Well equipped room and comfortable bed.

easy access off #81. welcomed warmly and assisted by Ted on duty. Room well equipped, bed particularly excellent in comfort. Room service good. was disappointed not to have complimentary bfast at the price. But room service brought excellent bfast even though I had to pay for it. I would definitely come back to this Holiday Inn!

see above re bfast. My room Keurig coffee maker was faulty. I wanted extra coffee as I left at 11am but none available.

got bit by a spider in the middle of the night in 3 places on my arm and had to go to emergency room due to swelling and infection!

Very Comfortable bed and very clean

Very comfortable bed, definitely best bed in a hotel I have ever slept in. Very clean. Staff very friendly especially Sammy who works in the restaurant where we had breakfast. Check in was really easy and also check out. Good location. Would recommend.

We had noise at night from the highway traffic which was bearable but a lorry was parked outside the hotel near our room and it was a refrigerated lorry and the noise was very loud and kept us awake all night.

It was as expected and I don't expect perfection.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and great.

The room was not 100 percent clean. The room was only cleaned in the areas you could see but not cleaned behind and under the beds or under the tables. The ac filter needed to be cleaned as well.

Highly recommended hotel

The property was very clean well designed, the beds were super comfortable. We had a dog and the location of the pet friendly rooms was very close to the dog run area. My husband left his wedding ring in the bathroom the staff took my concerns very seriously found my ring and shipped it to me. I can’t say enough about how eager they were to make us happy.
