Loved the balcony, the outdoor furniture, and view. We also loved the beach supplies provided. The washer, drying rack, and kitchen were a great advantage.
The parking garage was tricky, but we found driving forward into the space ahead and then backing into space 16 was much easier. After some practice, it became easy.

Fantastic location, loved how close it was to the old town & beaches. Amazing view from the balcony.
Bit annoying having to pick up the key from another location instead of having a key safe by the front door, but had clear instructions

Great location, with a terrific view not just of the sea but of the little square with gentlemen playing pétanque, and occasional art classes. I could have sat on the balcony all day and just watched and read. Sunny in the morning. But mercifully shades in the afternoon.
It's right on the edge of the old town, but once you found your bearings it's less than 10 minutes to walk to the covered market.
I found the TV confusing to use, and I failed to understand the instructions for finding the recycling point for the apartment on departure day. But these are tiny things compared with the utility of the apartment.

Location was great
Major issues with the facilities. TV didn’t work, turned on itself during night, property manager came twice so we had to arrange to be there, he told us he had contacted the owner but no response, hairdryer was broken, works next door starting from early morning, I requested a response from the owner but nothing even came, extremely frustrating and disappointing.
