The facilities were incredible, especially for our 3 year old. There was a large pool, kids pool with slide, playground, play room, tennis courts, and a gym. The apartment was so well kitted out with everything you could need in a modern, clean setting. The views were beautiful, especially at night when everything was lit up. The rainforest showers were amazing with an abundance of hot water. The balcony had lovely furniture. The location for the beach was fantastic and we went every day to the glorious beach with golden sand, and warm clean water. The prom is a 3 minute walk with a short cut down a lift and out a gate. The apartment was so secure, with dead bolt front door. There are restaurants and shops all along the prom. A good supermarket is 8minutes walk away.
The rules around public areas are ridiculous. You cant turn your sunbeds towards the sun, you can't bring a plastic cup from the bar to your deck chair, you cant have your own snacks for children, you cant use floats, you cant walk to the toilet beside the pool unless you dry off (even though in the heat you'd be dry by the time you got there), you cant get into the pool without a wristband even though the staff knew us after 2 days. The staff were so strict about these rules that didnt affect other people however not strict enough for things that do affect others, like noise from a huge group of men after midnight on 3 nights in the balcony below us, or lads standing on each others shoulders in the pool who could actually hurt someone, or running around naked at the jacuzzi at night with small children in the vicinity. We would have loved to give 10/10 but there was no atmosphere at the pool or communal areas because we felt like bold children being scolded and curtailed.

Nos ha encantado la estancia. El apartamento está muy bien organizado, cuidado y es precioso. Además, tiene unas vistas espectaculares. 😍
Las instalaciones del hotel también nos gustaron mucho, especialmente la piscina. El agua estaba súper agradable y calentita, incluso estando ya en la primera semana de septiembre.
Sin duda, ha sido una estancia genial y un lugar que recomendaríamos. ✨

El departamento es un lujo, ubicación y vista al mar increíble. A nada de la playa. El complejo de primer nivel. Las piscinas preciosas. Espacios recreativos. Personal super amable. Estacionamiento perfecto. Lugar ideal para pasar hermosas y relajadas vacaciones.

Nos ha gustado todo muchísimo. El apartamento era mejor de lo esperado, superaba las fotos (Todo, las instalaciones, las vistas, la amplitud, el equipamiento y mobiliario....el aire acondicionado, todo de maravilla, para recomendar y repetir. Únicamente no funcionaba el agua caliente, pero lo resolvieron de forma rápida nada más llamarlos. También hubo un mal entendido y no pudimos reservar otra plaza adicional de parking, pero pudimos aparcar de forma fácil cerca del apartamento.
El mal entendido que hubo con la 2ª plaza de garaje que habíamos solicitado y no fue posible, y que al llegar no funcionaba el agua caliente, pero se resolvió de forma rápida y eficaz.
Y ya hubiese estado todo de 10, si nos hubiesen dejado entrar antes de las 16h al apartamento, pedimos entrar a las 13h, pero no pudimos.
