Wonderful tranquil location next to the lake with a small lush garden. Very helpful and friendly Owner.
I probably should have chosen a place with a standard AC.

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. When we arrived, he offered us a delicious fresh mango juice and later took us on a lovely evening tour around the lake where we saw crocodiles, bats, owls, and many beautiful birds. He is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna around the lake and you can really feel his passion for the animals and nature.
He also recommended a great local restaurant where we enjoyed very good and affordable food. Additionally, he helped us arrange a safari to Yala National Park at a very good price and organized tuk-tuk transport for us at a very convenient rate.
The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely prepared with a mosquito net, which made our stay very pleasant.
Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. We were very grateful for the hospitality and highly recommend staying here!

The best place I stayed in Sri Lanka. The owner is beyond nice and takes you on a lake tour in the evening. It was the highlight of my trip. The room was clean, had a mosquito net and a portable aircon unit. Also the area is so quiet and all the locals want to have a chat if they see you out. It's such a nice area to stay in.. I'd stay here again anytime.
