La ubicación, está muy bien comunicada tanto para el aeropuerto como para Venecia. Hay bus y tram cada 15 minutos.
Tiene solamente un baño para toda la casa.

Really nice people, attentive, polite. The house is larger than life. The kitchen is bigger than my own house haha. Perfect to travel in groups.
The lighting in the bedroom is somewhat dim.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was straightforward, and overall we had a pleasant stay.
The only disappointing part was the additional guest charge. We had accidentally booked for two guests instead of three for a one-night stay, and the property charged an extra €50 to add the third guest. Considering the original booking was only €100, this felt excessive and out of proportion, especially as the difference for three guests on Booking.com was significantly lower. We were disappointed that there was no flexibility or willingness to adjust the charge.
Apart from that, everything else was as expected and we enjoyed our stay.
