The place was nice. The AC was really helpful. It is located close to the train station. Good price.
The area around the building didn't seem very safe. Before the check-out time, one of the staff simply unlocked our door and entered the room. I asked him why he had done that, and he replied that he thought the apartment was already empty. I honestly did not appreciate this attitude.

Very close to Termini station and an okay walking distance from the Colosseum. Host always very attentive and would send morning texts asking if anything was needed.
We arrived at night, so the neighborhood felt a little unsafe at first, although it may felt different during the day. The bathroom could also use some renovation.
Just a quick PSA: the hotel is located in Rome’s Indian neighborhood. There’s still plenty of activity around, and we saw lots of tourists, so we never felt completely out of place. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for the more traditional “Italian” experience during your stay.
