Location, friendly and cooperative staff
Located on the first floor but lift not working , bathroom with bare minimum facilities, no toiletries provided except towels

The place was good, it was clean and check-in was easy. It’s in a very good location, near Termini.
One thing to note is that the room door had a noticeable gap at the bottom, so voices and sounds could be heard from the hallway. This reduced privacy a bit.

It was a last minute booking but it was fairly easily and quickly booked. The location is very central. The staff are nice and flexible.
The walls are really thin and I can hear all random noises including some angry and persistent loud bell ringing from late arriving guests. It went on for about two hours and disturbed my sleep.
