Communication and helpfulness of the host is great. The place is very clean and pretty spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessible along with the living room. There is also a very nice bakery, probably one of the best Gelato/Ice cream place in Rome and two supermarkets nearby - within 5 minutes walk. There is a park with nice nightlife just across the street. The place is very quiet.
The bathroom is a bit small and tight, the water pressure is very low. The location is a bit of a hit/miss. We liked it but we also like to walk a lot. It is a bit off the main attractions, great if you want to feel the city and don't mind taking 10-20 minutes to get to the places of interest, we liked it as such! There is no balcony or window with any view of the city.

Отличное расположение. Находится рядом с жд вокзалом Термини, станция метро через дорогу (это огромный плюс для передвижения по городу), тихий район, до Колизея можно пешком дойти. Комната чистая и уютная, со своим санузлом, не очень большая, но этого достаточно, wi-fi работает отлично, есть фен и утюг, общая кухня с кофеваркой и кофе.
Отдельная благодарность Франческо. Очень приветливый и общительный, всегда на связи и готов дать совет, поделился подборками хороших заведений и интересных мест для посещения.

Loved the location and the host was incredibly helpful with suggesting places to visit etc. already recommended to a couple of friends
Would have liked a full length mirror/dressing table in the room. Us girls need space to get ready with a plug socket nearby for hair appliances.
