It was a beautiful house that needed a lift with cleaning and kitchen items over haul. But we were r

The instructions for retrieving the keys were very clear making it easy.

There was a bit of damage and drawing on some of the walls, but mainly in kids room. Needed a real spring clean especially heater vents etc. This we used sparingly so as not to aggravate any health issues. The 4 th bedroom had half the door missing.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired and I believe my colleagues and I left the property cleaner than when we entered

Disappointing

The property was at a central location and was spacious!

All through the property there was stuff lying around like random shoes, mattresses, old TV and bicycles! The garage also had discarded things lying around that we had to move in order to park! The utensils were in a terrible condition! The dining table chairs were broken. No extra bed linen were provided The wifi was so bad that we were not even able to use it on our phones! It was a real inconvenience and we had to check out a day sooner!
