Beautiful and cozy holiday villa with private pool in Denia, mid-altitude location with wonderful views of the Costa Blanca, Spain suited for 4 people. Exclusive holiday home for tourists looking for privacy and nice ambience.
The Relax holiday home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 independent floors. The cozy upper floor consists of a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and an integrated bathroom. There is also a wonderful covered terrace with marvellous views of the Bay of Denia and the sea. From the upper floor some stairs leading up to the pool area. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. The holiday home offers privacy, a lawned garden, a beautiful swimming pool with adjacent summer kitchen and barbecue. There is also a beautiful view of the bay, the sea, the valley and the Montgó mountain range, as well as a view of the city, Denia castle and the port.
A luxury vacation rental ideal for 2 couples or a couple with older children, with many amenities and a very pleasant atmosphere. Pets are allowed on request. Since 2026 pool heating will be offered for pre- and low seasons on request and extra payment.

Nice house with a great view and great deck. Biggest issue was we paid over 1000 for pool heat for the two weeks and the temperature of the pool never got over 23. I complained and they did offer to stop charging for remaining days but I was hopeful that with the weather getting a little warmer that the pool would follow but it didn’t. Just too cold to swim though we did try a couple times. Felt cheated by the cost of the innefective heater. I would just say that unless it is warm outside I would not pay for pool heat because the heater just can’t keep up. We enjoyed our stay overall. Only other thing I would suggest is that they add seating in the living room as there is only a couch.

We had a very relaxing time staying with our daughter and her boyfriend in Casa Relax. The Villa was very spacious. We enjoyed having various outdoor spaces to relax

We loved the location. The views are amazing. It was really a relaxing holiday for us. The interior of the villa was perfect for us. We were two couples and each one had his privacy as there are two independant floors. We will definitely be back!
