Located in Carova Beach, this charming house for $668 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. If you're searching for an unforgettable 4x4 home with a list of amenities that will make you never want to leave the OBX, The Blue Whale is the one for you and your family! Enjoy the ocean view from the private deck off the top level living area or the peaceful surroundings of this unique area. Located just a short 3 miles up the beach, this provides the convenience of being close to groceries, restaurants, and other attractions on the paved road. Nestled only a short drive from the ocean, this well-appointed, four-bedroom retreat offers endless views of the majestic wildlife and rest and relaxation you deserve. Experience the Outer Banks the way people did years ago. No roads, no distractions, no complications - just miles of gorgeous coastline. Relax, unwind and reconnect with loved ones while vacationing at The Blue Whale. A few of the many amenities to enjoy in this home are the wireless internet access for those who need to stay connected, spacious decks with incredible views, an open kitchen with everything you could ever need, along with a recreation room for those who would like to have a friendly game of pool, 2 refrigerators and a wet bar to keep your family entertained. The private pool with a covered area with picnic table is a great gathering place for the entire family. This four-wheel-drive access vacation home is a short walk to the pristine northern beaches (approximately 680 feet) of Carova and Swan Beach. These areas are renowned for their wide, clean beaches - some of the most beautiful on the OBX. Keep an eye out for wild horses grazing or dolphins and whales playing in the waves! Please contact the Corolla rental office for 4x4 parking passes. They must be signed out at the Corolla rental office. You must have the pass to park on the beach from April 29th to October 7th. This home is only accessible with a 4-wheel drive vehicle. All-wheel drive vehicles are not capable of navigating the soft sand and off-road beach driving conditions. To find out more about 4x4 access and driving on the beach visit www.visitcurrituck.com/visitor-info/beach-driving-tips Pack a little lighter as sheets and towels are provided. Rest easy as all beds will also be made upon arrival. This property does have video surveillance located at the entrance to the home. The Blue Whale is pet-friendly, with a $500 security deposit. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. Layout: Ground Level: Recreation room with a pool table, wet bar, mini-fridge and arcade game (Pac Man and more) Mid Level: King en suite with private bath and a sliding door to a private deck with ocean views, Queen bedroom, pyramid bunk/twin bedroom, full hall bath. Top Level: Living area with large flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen with bar seating, door to top deck with hot tub and ocean views, King en suite with a tub/shower and private deck with ocean views.
