About the Space This inviting home features 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king size bed, closet, TV and has a direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin size bed each and a closet. Well-appointed bathroom that features a shower and tub combination, vanity and toilet. The interior is tastefully decorated with coastal accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker and much more or unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration. A washer and dryer (shared with other guests), wireless internet, 2 car parking space in the driveway are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire units except for a locked storage room in the kitchen designated for restocking purposes and a locked shed in the yard for maintenance items. The laundry area is shared between units, each unit's backyard is separated by a gate. Nevertheless, the property has communal areas, including a patio laundry facility, BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture.
