This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located on the Fifth Floor of a deluxe elevator residence on the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Negresco Hotel and the restaurants and boutiques of the Carre D’Or area.
The flat is fully furnished in a tasteful mix of modern and past decor. The large entrance area opens up to a spectacular dining and living room with wall to wall sea views. The main bedroom with airco, has a bathroom en suite and also has a terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif. The second bedroom, with airco too, is located on the back side of the building with a filtered garden view. A fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub is next door.

We had an excellent stay in Nice—due to the outstanding villa and its location. Segolene was a wonderful host—met us @ check in & showed us around the villa. We found the villa to be even better than we expected and loved every minute of our stay—comfy beds, perfect balcony & sea views and walkable areas with lots of food choices. Highly recommend. I’m already planning our return. Thank you Segolene for a wonderful first trip to Nice

We stayed for 3 nights in May, and it was more than we hoped for. The flat is in great location, easy walk to town, Rue Massena and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony is fantastic, great for an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Segolene was a great host and made check in seamless.

This airy apartment offers floor to ceiling views of the ocean with a sunny terrace that spans the living room and bedroom. The spacious apartment is perfectly equipped for cooking, relaxing, and sleeping in comfort. This is a perfect retreat for a family or two couples, but especially luxurious as a romantic getaway. The hostess was extremely accommodating, responsive, and punctual. We give our highest recommendation.
