For the well-being of our beloved pets and the upkeep of our property, we kindly request that guests adhere to the following guidelines: Please refrain from leaving pets unattended to ensure their safety and comfort during your stay. Pets are not permitted on the furniture to help maintain cleanliness and preserve the condition of our furnishings. We ask that guests promptly pick up after their pets both indoors and outdoors to keep the premises clean and enjoyable for all. No wet wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard; $300 fine for smoking indoors. Lost items cannot be shipped. Candles are prohibited due to fire hazards. Report any damages promptly. Please conserve utilities. Dispose of garbage properly. Pets are allowed with $100 fee per pet; no more than two pets are allowed.
