The Property was in clean condition, however, my family using the hallway bathroom says the shower curtain was dirty, and felt the should have replaced it. The shower curtain located in the bedroom bathroom was used, but I felt it was clean. The bathroom towels were nice and thick, and one set provided per person, but you can wash them in the washer and dryer right there in the unit. There is toilet tissue provided. You are responsible to bring your own bath/shower supplies, shampoos, lotions, and any other personal items needed because they are not provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cooking supplies with a full sized stove and refrigerator. Also has a dishwasher, but I didn’t use it. Also there’s a Kureg coffee maker with pods available, but you must supply yourself with any condiments, food, or beverages you desire because they are not provided. The Unit doesn’t have Central Air Conditioning. There’s one Portable Air Conditioner in the Queen Bedroom, the host has available a standup fan in the King bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the Dining area. When cooking the Kitchen was extremely hot, and heated up the other parts of the house with no air conditioning. The entrance is not very close to parking which there’s 1 spot in the below ground garage which you have to walk up and down a flight of stairs to reach. Street parking available but it can be a block away. This isn’t for the handicapped or anyone with limited walking. Otherwise nice.

Room and property exactly as described. Friendly host. I have family in the building which made the location ideal. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants in walking distance.

Two spacious bedrooms, two well equipped bathrooms, lovely living/dining area and kitchen in a quiet appartment complex. Surrounding area is a quiet, affluent area, with shopping and some eating at walking distance.

Coffee/kcup leaked all over, broken. Cabinet door torn from hinges in kitchen. Pans old and over used. Floor left socks really dark with stains. Drains in bathroom sink and tub very slow. Old towels and not enough. Old used sponges under kitchen sink so nothing to clean dishes with. Very large living room mirror (8feet tall) not hinged to wall, not safe! Lacking in welcome with very little info into complex which was confusing. Security of facility felt safe.
