The owner was very helpful and the facilities are excellent. Everything is there. 2 x high-tech Japanese toilet and a very modern bathroom.
If any convenience store or any supermarket is closer, it would be perfect.

オーナーさんが優しい方で、説明が分かりやすかったです。さらに宿泊料金が安く、(僕らもでしたが)学生の旅には丁度いいと思いました。
仕方がないことですが、宿の周りにあまり飲食店がないことですかね、辰野駅ではなく、その近く(松本駅など)で夕飯を食べてからチェックインするのがいいのかなと思いました。

建物自体は年期の入った建物ですが、室内や共同箇所とても清潔しています。オーナーさんもとても良くしてくれる方でした。
コンビニも歩いて行ける距離にあり食事は何とかなります。また泊まりたい思います。
8月お盆休みの真夏という時期に行ったのですが出来たら冷房完備にしてもらいたいです。せっかくシャワー浴びても汗だくで寝る事なくなり、扇風機はあるものの暑がり私には寝苦し夜となってあまり寝付けなかったです。おそらく冬季は寒いのかもしれません。
