good location

access to car parking difficult having to reverse (as requested) into space, blocking busy main road whilst reversing also had to wait at side of road for a reasonable space in traffic to reverse. Owners ? upstairs very heavy footed seems like very little sound proofing between floors.

A little noisy at times in the morning due to building work but this didn’t last very long
