The apartment met our expectations. Having three bedrooms for a family of five turned out to be a very convenient solution. The apartment is clean and in a great location. A small shop selling all the essentials is just across the street – you simply need to go downstairs, and there is also a bakery a little further away that is practically open non-stop during the season. Restaurants are also within easy reach.
But nothing beats the proximity to the beach and the sea – this is definitely the apartment’s biggest advantage! Communication with the owner is excellent – he responds via WhatsApp almost immediately. You can see that Marcos really makes an effort and keeps improving the apartment – there is now a table in the living room :)
As for the minor drawbacks, there were not enough cutlery. I would add one more set. Paper towels in the kitchen would also be useful. Another bonus would be a beach umbrella provided in the apartment. We did miss these things a little, but their absence did not significantly affect our stay.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, la terraza es amplia y cómoda, con una mesa grande y sillas.
La casa es amplia y las habitaciones bastante generosas, el salón-cocina también es amplio.
La casa tenía bastantes productos de limpieza y toallas.
La casa no estaba muy limpia, la “ropa blanca” (sábanas, manteles) estaban muy aviejados, con manchas e incluso alguna sábana con rotos del desgaste.
La cocina tampoco estaba limpia, había menaje pero no tenia por ejemplo una cafetera.

La limpieza y la ubicación del apartamento son excepcionales, al lado de la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en el resto de las habitaciones, lo que hace la estancia muy agradable. Las camas son muy cómodas, aunque la de matrimonio debería tener almohadas individuales.
Es un tercero sin ascensor. Es un apartamento antiguo al que le han hecho algunas reformas (suelo, ventanas, puertas y baño), pero no tiene armarios adecuados y el mobiliario de las habitaciones es antiguo. La ropa de cama y baño no está en buenas condiciones. No son flexibles en cuanto a la hora de entrada (estuvieron muy insistentes para que llegásemos en el margen establecido) y a pesar de que la entrada es a partir de las 5 de la tarde no fueron flexibles con la hora de salida a las 11 de la mañana.
