The apartment was ideally located. We were steps away from food/drink, shopping and the beach! The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed sitting in the sauna after coming in from a rainy hike.
I was quite frankly a bit worried in the 2-3 weeks leading up to travel. I messaged the owner via several methods and got no response. I think they could do a better job of a quick acknowledgement of receiving your message. The initial email said they would send final details on where to pick up your key a week out. I finally called customer support with Booking.com. I didn't want to show up in Cinque Terra tired and there be some issue with reaching the owner. I also had a few fairly basic questions since we had not traveled to Cinque Terra before. The Booking.com talked with the owner and assured me all was good. So, I did not worry about the final details after that. I received the instructions for accessing the keys the morning of our check in. After that, it was very easy!
Also, the internet went down the first evening we were there. It did get better after I messaged the owner. Mostly the net morning and after that was pretty consistent. We had friends staying in other locations that had no issues with their internet. But after the first night it was fine.
I recommend placing a rug in at the front door, at the very least. When we were there, it rained unfortunately. I few more rugs placed around would help with dangers of slipping in the marble.

Het appartement ligt op een geweldige locatie tegenover het stand en op loop afstand van alle leuke restaurants
Het was erg mooi geweest als het een plekje buiten had gehad om s'middags te kunnen zitten en te genieten van het uitzicht.

No one to greet you at the location. I had to look at messages on where to find the key and figure out myself.
