The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful but the boss lady Mery was very arrogant and very unhelpful

The house and bed full of ants, when you lying on bed you will find some ants climb up to your body.

Gorgeous property! Truly a place youd want to stay in and try to take in for a bit
The staff, or more so the manager was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to serve. He wanted us to do everything on our own and in no way offered any assistance and when we would ask for help with booking a taxi or moving our luggage or anything he would simply say no or have an excuse. Very rude and not welcoming at all.

The staff immediately rectified issues (no WiFi, air con not working in one room).
Mould in the shower. Oh one bathroom. Leaking water under sink caught by large bowl that we needed to keep emptying.
