Great stay!

Proximity to ocean. Not only can you see ocean but you can hear waves. Nice that it is right next to promenade so you have easy access to restaurants

Pleasant.

Being able to step out, cross the street, sit & take in the ocean views.

Not having full beach view & access to use the patio. Pretty disappointed & given the price per night. I wished that had been disclosed at time of consideration & reserving. Another tenant/owner built their own patio & with their set up blocking the beach views. There was no outside sitting or lounging.
