About this apartment rental
The apartment is located at the top of 130 stairs and at one of the highest points in Monterosso, but is still only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and to the famous Cinque Terre hiking trails. Its height above other buildings grants it incredible views of the ocean, the town, and the mountains.
The setting is a wonderful place for tourists because of its proximity to town and the beach yet it's removal from the crowds.

Incredible view from the heart of Monterosso! We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the balcony in the evening once the kids were down (Grazie, Lorenzo!). Yes, you pay for the view by having to navigate many stairs, but we managed with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old (plus stroller) so I imagine most will be just fine. A bonus for us was the small washing machine so we could clean swimsuits and other essentials to reuse the rest of our trip.Lorenzo is a fantastic host and assisted with our luggage on the way up at check-in and down and check-out. Very friendly and helpful!Pro tip: dinner at Da Elrado nearby was a hit with our group. There’s also a small grocery/market nearby we found useful. We would absolutely stay again!

Quintessential farmhouse stay. Beautiful countryside and close to Castellina, where there is convenient grocery shopping and great little restaurants. Danielle, who we booked with, is very responsive. Her mama lives on the property and is very warm and sweet. Lots of birdsong. A wonderful respite from the big cities.

Fantastic property, amazing view, super clean and comfortable. Lorenzo made us feel like a guest in his home. Location is an ideal, directly above the center of Monterosso. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you Lorenzo!
