Grindal Studio Apartments - Newly Opened Luxury Accommodation

Another mostly lovely stay here, the studio was well presented, comfortable and in a perfect location.

Would have appreciated knowing where to empty bins, having food waste in a studio apartment for a week wasn’t ideal, but in no way a huge problem. The cleaner also let herself into the flat while I was there because she got the wrong day for my check out which gave me a bit of a scare, thankfully I was just in bed, but I had just showered so it could have been a problem. A member of staff letting themselves into the property also happened last time I stayed here, perhaps they should only have key cards that can access the flats when there is nobody booked in.

Excellent studio flat, everything new and generally very clean.

Dropped something down the side of settee cushion, on lifting cushion found lots of food crumbs, needs cleaning.

Very modern and comfortable accommodation, convenient to the train and complete with onsite parking. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room was quiet and private.

Good location Great communication from owner

Under renovation still, wouldn’t class as luxury. Unfortunately the oven hadn’t been cleaned since the last user, I had to clean it before using, the dishwasher had dirty items in it
