Spacious. Has a decent amount of space to move around even with big luggages. Near a convenience store. Almost everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the property. Price is reasonable for four people. The host replies very fast to inquiries. Instructions given were very clear.
Quite a walk for the senior citizens from or to the nearest station. We decided to take a cab or uber to and from ikebukuro station to lessen the walk. No restaurants nearby. No television.

The place is neat and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Not that close to train station but it is still walkable distance. After 1-2 days of staying, you will get used walking around. A lot of convenience stores nearby. Excellent place to stay. The facilities are superb.
The heater/aircond located at living room. Our room is very cold at night during the winter season.

침구류 및 수건 모두 깨끗합니다.
예상보다 1-2시간 일찍와서 얼리체크인을 요청하였으니, 룸 재정비 시간 때문에 응답을 기다린다고 시간을 조금 헤맸습니다.
바닥에 먼지들이 조금 남아 있어 아쉬웠습니다.
