The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for two people, especially for Tokyo. It was well equipped with a washer and dryer, two separate air conditioners, utensils, and basic cookware. The modern bathroom had excellent hot water, and the bathroom drying system was fantastic for drying clothes after getting caught in the rain. The clear instructions for all the appliances and controllers were especially helpful and took the guesswork out of using unfamiliar Japanese equipment. Umbrellas were also available on the ground floor, and the staff was very responsive whenever we contacted them.
There is no elevator, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage up the stairs. Trash also had to be placed outside the apartment door for pickup rather than taken to a dedicated disposal area.

這次住在二樓，其實沒有那麼高電梯根本沒差
廚房用具很齊全但沒有飯鍋喔（愛吃飯的我用煮哈哈）
浴室方面有超好用的洗衣機 超讚
冰箱很大 冰可以放很多
客服回覆很快
wifi很穩很快
沒有電梯 高樓層會很慘
附近的超市，超商要走比較遠

property is clean, close to metro & big station as well as bus stops. It has all the amenities that any visitor needs. Located in quiet street but close to konbinis and honestly the water pressure for the shower is the best. After a lot of walking for the day to come back to have a great shower just makes us so relaxed. It was a very comfortable stay for our 10 days trip to Tokyo and would certainly stay here again. Definitely a great value stay.
the only negative point is the property has no lift. But it is okay for us given we were placed on 2nd floor and didn’t affect us much
