Big apartment, very clean, good location
The electricity went off about 7 times. There was no hairdryer even though it was stated on here that there would be one. I also messaged the property but didn’t get an answer. The second bathroom shower leaked a lot and the floor was wet. It wasn’t stated there was no lift.

Amplio apartamento muy bien conservado siendo un edificio antiguo pero arquitectónicamente muy interesante. Los edificios que la gente derriba para hacer apartamentos nuevos sin ningún interés arquitectónico. Valoro el esfuerzo por mantenerlo en buenas condiciones y cómodo para su alquiler.
La atención del propietario (Vicente) y de la señora que me dio las llaves (Rosita) fue excelente.
El piso responde a lo esperado por las fotos.
El espacio del salón-comedor-cocina resultaba muy amplio, acogedor y completo. La habitación que ocupé muy cómoda.
Piso muy bien aislado del ruedo exterior, lo cual es excelente dado lo céntrico del apartamento.
En el anuncio no se comenta entonces in segundo sin ascensor. Para mí no supuso un problema, pero creo que deberia expresarse en la descripción del piso..
El precio me pareció algo alto, pero eso sí, en la linea de lo caro que está el alquiler de apartamentos en todos lados.
En resumen: muy buena experiencia.
Repetiría si se diera la ocasión.
Nada que destacar al respecto. Todo fue según lo esperado

Todo,la ubicación y el apartamento es muy bonito
Me gustó todo,no pudimos usar una ducha por un problema de filtración pero hay otra ducha así que genial

Loved this apartment. Nice airy roomy feel to the place, there is nothing I would change. Great location.
