Location was excellent and bonus was it had free parking. Clean facilities. Very comfortable bed and pillows, heaps of linen.
Front door lock felt as if it would fall off anytime.
Bath tub floor felt like it would break around plug hole, which is where you have to stand to get under the shower. There is no exhaust fan and the bathroom window does not open.
The kitchen could do with a bread knife. The toaster lever is missing and the only half the coffee pods fit the coffee machine.
The kitchen could use some wash clothes rather than just a scorer.

Love the close proximity to Trams, buses and plenty of food options close by....Pizza, convenient store, Thai, fish and chips or a short Tram ride to cafes. Comfortable place for family, Loved the large fridge that had an ice maker. For the price we paid it was exceptionally good.
Looks can be deceiving from the outside. Great inside.
The only little minor issue the bathroom/Laundry needed a fan. Even just one that could be put into the window to take the steam out and prevent mould build up.

Good size, comfy and clean beds, quiet in the night, walkable distance from CBD, convenient parking in front, good amount of kitchenware
Very dusty (black dust accumulated over years) under beds, one big mouldy spot on a wall, cobwebs and spiders throughout apartment. A hole in the wall over bunk beds where spiders came in. Space under front door through which mosquitoes and bugs came in. Sofa badly stained. Dangerous loose small glass shelf in bath tub waiting to fall down and shatter. Wrote landlord about most of these shortcomings on first evening and the response was that we could cancel anytime and get our money back. No offer of deep cleaning.
