The apartment had no internet; unplanned expenses and a bunch of hassles.

Given that my family has no problem walking, it was a good thing that we could walk from the apartment to the train station/subway (15 min. walk).

1) From the first day there was no wifi in the apartment! The owner was informed immediately. Unfortunately, he did not react quickly and did nothing to help. For 4 whole days (that is, half of the stay) we were forced to manage on our own, as we know: we caught wifi in public places, in front of shops and in restaurants. From the owner's phone number we realized that he was in America!!!!?? Given the difference in time zones (America/Europe), his reactions were always the next day, i.e. too late. Because of this omission, our vacation in Rome started disorganized, with problems, frustrations and nervousness. On the fifth day we paid for the internet ourselves with our own money, even though there was supposed to be free wifi in the apartment! I don't know how the owner of this apartment will compensate us for all the nervousness, inconvenience and spoiled vacation?! He reacted only at the end, before we left Rome. Too late! That is not exactly the mark of a good and conscientious host to whom we honestly paid for everything. 2) No liquid soap in the bathroom (see photo below). 3) There was no detergent for washing the dishes (see photo below). 4) The shower head sprayed water in all directions, so showering wasn't very pleasant. As tourists, we come with just a backpack: do we need to buy sugar, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, a new shower head, internet costs?! This is absolutely not okay. and not what we paid for.

No volvería sin duda a alojarme en este apartamento

La ubicación es lo más que se puede decir que me ha gustado. Ya que está relativamente cerca de la parada del metro, y de ahí llegas a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Nos han dejado entrar antes al apartamento, y eso se agradece ya que estuvimos con una niña pequeña. También decir que hay un super cerca y un montón de bares y restaurantes. Alice pizzeria es un sitio donde preparan pizza muy buena, y está a dos pasos.

En realidad todo. No se ni donde empezar. Adjunto fotos, y de ahí los futuros alqulinos sacarán su conclusion. El apartamento está en una finca de años de Mussolini. Esto no tendría que ser un problema si estuviera reformada. En las fotos no se aprecia bien, lo mal que está. Las manchas en los techos de humedades son impresionantes. Las persianas no se aguantan y se caen al subir. El vatter asqueroso. La ducha que se cae a trozos, colchón de matrimonio que no se podía ni dormir. Con lo que se gana el dueño al mes, ya se podía encargar de una buena reforma. La verdad es una decepción enorme. Es un apartamento viejo, con algunos retoques de chapuzas para parecer moderno. Único moderno que hay ahí, es la estructura de las camas y armarios. Lo demás.....deja muchísimo de desear. También decir, que nos dijeron que la llave estaría en una caja de seguridad colgada en la puerta, y lo que era, es una caja antigua que ni se cerraba ni se abría. La llave estaba ahí sin más y el apartamento estaba abierto. Se ve que es un vecino que no deja ahí. Podría decir más cosas pero las fotos hablan por si mismas. No volvería a alojarme ahí, aún que fuera gratis.

La scomodità del letto matrimoniale, fa rumore e il materasso è scomodissimo, la polvere a matassa sotto il letto(nonostante venga pulita da un agenzia di pulizia) e la televisione non si è mal sintonizzata a causa di un cavo antenna rotto e mai recapitato. Nel bagno è da cambiare lo spazzolone e curarne l'aspetto , l appartamento in generale dovrebbe essere reso esteticamente più carino.
