The apartment is big and comfortable. It’s fairly equipped with the basic stuff.
Very good location near the Tiburtina station, a good supermarket just next to the main entrance.
The staff communicates well through WhatsApp, and they were very friendly.
The apartment could be better decorated as It’s very comfortable in space wise.

Personale davvero gentile ,Gaia simpaticissima e super disponibile. Appartamento pulitissimo ,delizioso e con tutte le necessità che una persona cerca qui a Roma. Sicuramente non sarà l'ultima volta che soggiornerò qui ^^

The property is at an excellent location. Extremely near to Tiburtina station. A lot of cafes and food places nearby. The person of contact (Gaia) was very nice and made sure we checked in properly even though we came in late at night ( around 11 pm)
The property needs couple of things fixed
- the ac, it does not work properly and takes a long time to make any meaningful impact
- the coffee machine didnt work for us. ( its possible maybe we used it wrong)
- Hot water is not available always( the normal tap water is ice cold and not very comfortable to take a shower in). We got hot water one day out of our 3 days stay
- We have faced brief power cuts as well , where the entire buildings power goes off.
